Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Barrie

Outdated hotel with the normal gross half-frozen continental breakfasts. This location has an old key system that every few hours you need to go get a new key so for a several day stay, it's really annoying. My room was clean however room service did a lousy job and didn't keep towels refreshed.

Mr Patel checked us in and got us the perfect room, just look at that view. Our New Year’s Eve stay was a great experience. Great family friendly hotel. Wish the pool was open but otherwise it was a lovely short stay. We came home refreshed.

Loved the room designed . Gave a very open feeling. Wasn't cluttered . Service professional. Needs a more personal touch. More smiles at the front desk. The younger generation at the desk need to connect with the customers more.. more eye contact and more helpful nature. Rico was professional and did provide information. Breakfast could have some more variety. But atleast the omelets were hot . Loved the idea of 24 hour hot coffee and tea availability in between the front desk and the breakfast area. Overall a decent experience.

Great experience staying here. I stayed for 2 nights where I met 3 different staff working at the front desk, always met with lovely hospitality. I unfortunately do not remember their names other than Jil and Surbhi, but all the staff are great. The room and common areas are very clean and clearly well maintained. Breakfast, of course, has a nice variety to accomodate any palate. Location is conveniently in the middle of Barrie and right next to the highway. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area

Our first room was fine, but really smelt strongly of smoke which was a turn off. We complained to front desk and Lucas was amazing!!!! 10/10 service! He was able to get us a new room and was so kind and helpful through the process!! The new room is beautiful, clean and cozy! Thank you Lucas for helping to make our stay so much better!!!

Clean rooms, a great location, and friendly staff. A big shout-out to Rico for going above and beyond to help me with some booking paperwork. I would definitely recommend this hotel in Barrie.

My Hubby and I booked a room here through Tanya and all I can say is WOW!! Such an amazing experience very calm and relaxing no stress what so ever. Amazing service, VERY clean rooms and breakfast was DELICIOUS!! We will 100% be booking again and can’t wait for our next stay with you guys!

Perfect one-night stay for our family on a ski trip. The pool was clean and the hottub provided a nice relaxing moment for us after a long day outdoors. The complimentary breakfast had many options for our family of five and the app check in/out was very convenient. The rooms could’ve been more throughly cleaned. The important things were covered but there was dust all over the lamps in the room and fingerprints on the tv. Sofa bed and mattresses were tired as well.
